We’re Baaaaaaaaaack!!!!
It’s time for another De Portola Boutique! So check your calendar now for Saturday, December 5th. I thought that you would like to hear more, and have an opportunity to participate. I’m really excited about this event. This is our second run, and we are SO energized by the success of our first-run, and by all the things that we’re excited to try (go online to www.DePortolaBoutique.blogspot.com to see some of the ideas that we will be putting into action). The marketing exposure alone is fabulous……this event will be advertised in print, online, individual vendor marketing, mobile advertising, city and community resources…..the list goes on and on and on and on! For those veterans out there, you know that we flood people with info. For those of you new to the fun, rest assured that you’d be hard-pressed to find an event that truly exhausts as many advertising venues as we do (17 huge street signs the day of the event should give you a good idea). Feel free to go to our website to see information on exactly where our advertising will be, tons of info to answer all of your questions, a space diagram, etc. As you can see, we’re approaching this with a “leave no stone unturned” attitude! In addition to the retail sales, we will also be putting together silent auctions of items donated by participating vendors - with 100% of the proceeds going directly to De Portola Elementary. 100%!
Now for the details! It will be held on Saturday, December 5th from 9am – 4pm at De Portola Elementary School, at 27031 Preciados in Mission Viejo. The table fee to participate in this event ranges from $60-80, depending on the location you choose. Each vendor is responsible for marketing the event to their contact list, and will need to include a link to the event’s website in their marketing. This website will detail all of the information for the event, as well as a listing of vendors and links to their sites. Space is limited, so please respond quickly if you are interested. The deadline to submit a completed application is September 4th. You can download the application online at www.DePortolaBoutique.blogspot.com.
Once the response deadline has passed we will review all of the vendor applications and confirm participation no later than September 18th. This IS a jury-selection event, so please keep in mind that an application does not guarantee you a space. Please feel free to email me with any additional questions that you may have.
